Rapid One’s outdated online presence no longer reflected their customer-first approach or the credibility of their services. The site’s confusing navigation, lack of a clear loan application process, and absence of visible client testimonials discouraged potential borrowers from completing applications. To remain competitive, Rapid One needed a modern, trustworthy digital experience that clearly communicated their value and simplified the loan process from start to finish.

Process

badpixel collaborated closely with Rapid One to reimagine their digital platform from the ground up. Through in-depth research on mortgage industry UX standards, the team identified key friction points in the borrower journey and designed an intuitive, step-by-step application flow that guided users seamlessly through refinance and purchase options. A dynamic testimonials hub was developed to automatically pull in authentic reviews from Yelp and Google, reinforcing credibility at every stage. The new responsive design ensured effortless usability across all devices, while a scalable CMS empowered the Rapid One team to efficiently manage legal, privacy, and licensing updates as their business evolved.
